Shipping and Exchange Policy

* SARAYU OFFERS FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL SHIPMENTS WITHIN INDIA.

* SHIPPING CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR A SINGLE CART CHECKOUT WILL BE CHARGED.

Order placed will be shipped everyday morning 10 AM for all customers within India and tracking details will be sent to your given contact number.

If your order is not reached within maximum of 5 business days please Whatsapp us at +91 9573189555. So that we will be able to track your parcel and update you. Do not need to worry as we are working with most trusted courier partners and your orders are in safe hands.

International orders will be dispatched within a day and we will send the tracking number to the respective mail ID.

Dispatch within 2 business days which will take maximum 1 or 2 days inside Telangana.

Delivery other than Telangana may take within 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Delivery for international customers may take 7 to 10 days.

Courier Services: 

Domestic: DTDC or Blue Dart or Indian Post Office.

International: FedEx or DHL.

* WE USE CREDIBLE AND RELIABLE CARRIERS: BLUE DART FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS AND DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. HOWEVER FOR ORDERS TO REMOTE LOCATIONS WE USE THE INDIAN POST OFFICE. 

* ANY ADDITIONAL TAX APPLICABLE ON DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

* FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT, OUR CARRIER MAY NEED TO GET CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR YOUR GOODS BEFORE DELIVERING THEM TO YOU.  ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGES LEVIED BY THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

* ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING AND CARRIER DETAILS BY E-MAIL.

* ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED AND COME IN A TAMPER PROOF PACKAGING. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY IF YOU NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE IS TAMPERED OR DAMAGED. IN SUCH EVENTS WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE TAMPERED/DAMAGED AREA, DO NOT SIGN ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE, AND RETURN THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE CARRIER. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT SUCH A PACKAGE, IT WILL BE DEEMED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED IN A GOOD CONDITION.
